The British Columbia Psychological Association is the association which promotes psychology and advocates for the psychological well-being of all British Columbians.

The College of Psychologists of British Columbia is the regulatory body for the profession of psychology in BC.  The College's role is to protect the public interest by regulating the practice of psychology and monitoring the practice of psychology practitioners.

EMDR International (EMDRIA).  Provides information and resources about EMDR.  This includes news and updates on research about the practice of EMDR.

EMDR Canada provides the public information about EMDR as a therapy and information about how to find an EMDR therapist.

PsychCentral is an excellent website with extensive information about psychological conditions, resources, quizzes and advice.

Tara Brach is a psychologist and Mindfulness practitioner.  Her website has a number of helpful meditations and talks.

Dr. Miller is an American physician who has an extensive range of CDs for meditation and relaxation for purchase on this website.
